Returns Policy

We only have an 'Exchange Only' policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased items, then please contact us via 'contact us' button. Once we receive your email we will approve of the return if applicable.


The email should state the reason for return with an image attached of the product which should be in a resalable, unused condition with original invoice, packiging & original mailing bag.


The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days or purchase with original invoice or paypal invoice with full order details. The postage costs will have to be covered by the buyer both ways(all return shipping prices can be found below, UK return p&p depends on weight, size and value of parcel, see prices below)

We recommend using  a form of Recorded Delivery to return your items to us as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.


Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) will not be exchanged.

We will only offer a exchange for items if the item/s is/are unused, in perfect resalable condition tag/s still attached. All goods must be returned in their original packaging (Mailing bag, Gift Boxes, Accessory bags etc). 

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make-up or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item.


Sale, special offer & personalised items:

Any sale/special offer, custom made items, personalised clothing or jewellery cannot be exchanged. Please ensure you have carefully read all product descriptions, fabric/material compositions and measurements to help you make an informed decision before placing your order. For additional product information please contact us on social media or via website 'contact us button'.


We reserve the right to refuse exchange if the above procedures have not been followed.

Exchange, fail to collect items in time etc

If your items have been returned for an exchange, you have 30 days to decide what to exchange them for.  If you do not contact us within 30 days we won't be able to exchange them after that


If items are delivered to you and you are not in, Royal Mail will leave you card with instructions how to collect your items. We do not hold any responsibilty if you fail to collect your items in time. If you provide us with wrong address we do not hold any responisbility for any lost parcels.

If items are delivered to you and there is any fault/damage, we will offer you 10% refund, if you do agree that makes item no exchangable. If items are sent back to us we will email you, if new postage need to be paid witin 30 days, if we do not hear from you after 30 days items won't be resent again. 

Please note all new exchange items will be sent out only with signed for delivery.
